Return & refund policy

At Liquisip, we custom-built each product with care and precision to deliver the best possible results, with complete transparency. We truly hope you’ll love our products as much as we do. However, if you ever need to return a product, simply reach out to us, and we’ll handle everything for you.

We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:

  • You received a wrong shipment

  • You received a damaged product

If any of the above situations arise, please initiate a return or replacement request within 7 (seven) days of delivery. To do so, simply email us at helloliquisip@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Returns or claims will not be accepted or considered valid after 7 (seven) days from the date of product delivery.


Kindly allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup, and our courier partner will collect the order directly from your doorstep.


Once we receive the returned order, our service team will review it. If the issues you described are verified, we will process your refund within 24 hours.
